General Information

Costo is a Finnish design company, with designs and products that are highly recognized for their quality, materials, cuts and sustainable solutions. Our products sold online are an assortment of only unique and limited edition items.

The terms and conditions listed below will apply between customer and Costo webstore for the sale and purchase of the products contained in customers shopping cart. We reserve the right, at any time, to modify, alter or update these terms and conditions, and you agree to be bound by such modifications, changes, or updates on subsequent visits.

These terms and conditions of sale are valid as of November 20th, 2008, until further notice.

Shipping and delivery terms

We use Finnish postal service, Finland Post Corporation for both domestic and international shipping. Orders are processed in 1 - 2 days and delivered by mail worldwide from Helsinki, Finland. Shipping costs are based on a product weight, size and a destination. The shopping cart will show shipping costs after selecting delivery method. Delivery will follow only after a valid credit card payment. See the table for shipping costs below.

Estimated delivery times and costs for:

Finland: Delivery within 2 – 7 days from day of payment. Costs from 8 € depending on size and weight of the package.

EU countries: Delivery within 8 – 14 days from day of payment. Costs from 12 € depending on size and weight of the package.

Other countries: Delivery within 14 – 30 days from day of payment. Costs from 15 € depending on size and weight of the package.

Costo webstore has the right to cancel the order, if it is suspicions arise, that the concerned credit
card is not valid or might be stolen. In this case customer will be contacted and informed by
email. If there will occur a problem with your order or shipment we will contact you as soon as possible.

Payment and pricing

Costo webstore accepts VISA, VISA Electron, Master Card as a payment method. All credit card payment will be done using secure payment site operated by Luottokunta (www.luottokunta.fi, Verified by Visa, Master Card Secure Code.) Your credit card information will not be visible to us. All prices at Costo webstore are VAT excluded (Value Added Tax 22%). Customer is responsible for the import customs clearance and payment of customs duties and taxes in there homeland.

Please do not write your credit card information on our feedback forms or include it in emails to us. Costo reserves the right to refuse the payment and thereby order. We also reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Return policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or if you receive faulty or wrong item, you may return or exchange it for another item. When returning items, please contact us within 14 days after receiving your order. If you do not contact us within that time, we reserve the right not to accept returned items. We only return costumers payment if the product is untapped, and this within 14 days.

Law and Jurisdiction

Finnish law will be applied to all disputes arising under this User Agreement. All disputes arising under this agreement which cannot be solved by mutual agreement, shall be solved in the district court of Helsinki.
